This document is the participant’s file prepared in the context of the training workshop entitled “Administrative Decentralization”, which included the program of meetings and details on all the specific themes examined. The workshop aims at building the capacities of ministries and stakeholders in decentralization and in local governance, which allows the development of strong institutional frameworks in the public sector. The meetings of the first day explored the important issues and the main guidelines of decentralization while the meetings of the second day included the question of municipal services and their supply sources, as well as the role of municipalities in providing basic services.
