“Our partnerships include, in addition to government interlocutors, civil society organizations and the private sector - two pivotal players and agents of change in our societies.” Executive Secretary of ESCWA, Ms. Khalaf.

Since 2014, ESCWA has received $7,129,936 in voluntary contributions to implement national and regional activities. These activities and projects were developed in response to the needs of the region in different sectors including: water; environment; statistics; technology and innovation; social and economic development; and gender. New projects were also developed to respond to the emerging needs of member countries in transition.
