Salmonids
Definition:

Finfish of the family Salmonidae, which includes many commercially farmed species such as the salmons, trouts and chars. In general salmonid fish are found in temperate climates and in clean, oligotrophic waters. All of the species breed in freshwater; however, many of them are migratory and spend a period of their life-cycle in the sea.
