To support Arab States in improving their voluntary national reviews (VNRs), ESCWA, the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs and the League of Arab States, have been organizing a series of regional VNR workshops since 2019.
The 13th regional VNR workshop convenes Arab national focalpoints to exchange best practices and strategies for enhancing the policy impact of VNRs through 2030. The event features insights from 2026 VNR countries focusing on how the VNR has progressed over the past decade to become a tool for integrated SDG policy planning, delivery and assessment.
