ESCWA is organizing a regional workshop to enhance collaboration and coordination in collecting and reporting data for SDG indicators in the Arab region.
The workshop aims to strengthen technical capacities in collecting, validating and disseminating less-reported indicators, with special attention to gender- and disability-related data. It also seeks to promote transparent and efficient data flows between national institutions and international agencies. The event offers a platform for exchanging knowledge, sharing experiences, and discussing the latest tools and methodologies in SDG data management.
Participants include SDG coordinators from statistical offices, national SDG units, and United Nations custodian agencies, all working together to advance the quality and comparability of SDG statistics across the region.
