Centered on the Medjerda Basin, the ESCWA consultation in Tunisia unites national and local stakeholders—including ministries, government agencies, research institutions, farming communities, and other relevant actors. The meeting focuses on discussing climate change impacts on the basin, sharing the vulnerability assessment methodology for water and agriculture, and identifying necessary data. Participants also examine challenges, opportunities, and resilience priorities to help develop interventions that boost the basin's ability to adapt to climate change.
