The ESCWA Technical Cooperation Network holds its thirteenth meeting to review developments in technical cooperation activities, and examples of cooperation in selected areas and member States.
The Network also discusses technical cooperation effectiveness and prospects for the programme in the context of United Nations reform initiatives.
