In the context of empowering youth and enhancing their readiness for the job market, ESCWA organized a training course from 26 to 30 April, in collaboration with the American University in Cairo (AUC), with the support of Sawiris Foundation for Social Development, as part of the “Josour” initiative.
The course targeted students from five Egyptian partner universities: Assiut University, Borg Al Arab Technological University, Pharos University in Alexandria, Giza Engineering Institute, and the AUC.
The training focused on developing students’ skills in five key areas essential for entering the labour market: communication and presentation skills, CV writing and interview techniques, gender and inclusion, personal branding, and an introduction to data presentation using visual tools.
