From 10 to 31 March, ESCWA and the Ministry of Transport in Syria organized a series of training workshops on “Strategic Planning for Integrating the Transport Sector with Economic and Social Development”.
Participants included employees in the ministry and its institutions in the land, maritime, rail and air transport sectors. The sessions focused on the integration of economic and social development in the various transport sectors.
The workshops familiarized participants with modern technologies and develop their skills in strategic planning.
