ESCWA offers through its e-learning portal, Learn, a new training course on Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Technologies in the Arab region. The online training programme addresses WASH technologies in the region and aims to motivate individuals to explore opportunities for the creation of entrepreneurial projects in this sector.
Participants will learn about innovative WASH technologies that are environmentally friendly, economically viable and socially acceptable, including water sourcing, sanitation systems, hygiene practices and adapted business models for each technology.
Divided into four courses, the online training programme integrates theoretical knowledge with practical applications and success stories.
