Since designing policies requires a strategic approach that integrates evidence, innovation, and real-world impact, understanding how to shape policies that drive meaningful change is essential for any organization aiming to make a difference. On 20 February, ESCWA delivered a training on “Project Design for Policy Influence” for the staff of Issam Fares Institute for Public Policy and International Affairs (IFI).
The workshop provided participants with practical tools to design and implement policy interventions that create lasting impact. It also enabled them to explore results-based management principles, behavioural science insights, and process-driven frameworks, which helped them gain hands-on experience in applying these approaches across various sectors.
The workshop fostered dynamic discussions and enhanced participants’ ability to develop impactful solutions that respond to real-world needs.
