The Second World Summit for Social Development, to be held in Doha from 4 to 6 November 2025, will adopt a Political Declaration to advance poverty eradication, full employment, decent work, and social inclusion, closely linking these with the 2030 Agenda and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This connection will impact national SDG/Voluntary National Review (VNR) teams, affecting policies, data, and VNR processes.

- Brief SDG/VNR teams on the summit outcomes and discuss related implications.
- Enable Arab countries that presented their VNR at the 2025 HLPF to share best practices and lessons learned, while those planning a 2026 VNR can outline their methodologies and preparations.
