ESCWA and the Ministry of Economy of Oman are convening this virtual meeting to review the preliminary findings of the final evaluation of the Tenth Five-Year Development Plan (2021–2025), the first implementation plan of Oman Vision 2040.
The Ministry and implementing government entities discuss progress in delivering the plan’s programmes, achievements and implementation challenges. Their feedback helps verify the findings, clarify outstanding issues and identify areas requiring further assessment, ensuring that the evaluation reflects the national context and captures lessons for development planning and implementation.
Participants’ feedback informs the final evaluation report. The meeting concludes with agreement on the remaining steps to complete the assessment.
