The ESCWA library has officially reopened, offering a quiet and resource-rich environment for its users. The new space is tailored for focused research, individual work, and knowledge-sharing activities such as the Brown Bag and ESCWA Insight series.
Library services include access to online information resources, a curated print collection, document delivery, and tailored literature alerts through the Selective Dissemination of Information (SDI) service. Users can also benefit from personalized research support via the “Ask a Librarian” service.
The ESCWA Library serves three main user groups: ESCWA staff, staff of UN agencies at UN House and Lebanon library consortia, and researchers from academia, civil society, and the private sector across ESCWA member States.
