In today’s fast-evolving digital era, modernizing public administration is essential to building efficient, inclusive, and responsive institutions with citizens at the core of this transformation. In this context, the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG), in collaboration with ESCWA, organized the Second Arab Forum on Public Administration under the theme “Public Administration in the Age of Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence”.
Held in Dubai on 28 and 29 October, the Forum brought together government officials, scholars, experts, and civil society representatives to exchange global experiences, discuss challenges and solutions in adopting emerging technologies and e-government tools, and explore inclusive digital governance frameworks that place citizens at the centre of public service development.
It also served as a regional platform to enhance collaboration among stakeholders, shaping the future of public service delivery.
