As part of the project "Improved Mapping and Monitoring of Solar Energy Access for Enhanced Climate Policy Action and Socioeconomic Resilience", ESCWA has launched a survey to support Arab countries in expanding access to solar energy. This will be achieved through improved mapping, enhanced monitoring mechanisms, and the development of data-driven energy policies.
The survey targets all energy professionals, geospatial information systems (GIS), policymakers, private sector stakeholders, and solar energy consumers. It seeks to gather diverse insights and experiences to help improve the quality of data and related policies.
