Inclusive Employment in Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco and Tunisia: reality and challenges

March 2025

The present study analyses the causes of the weak inclusion and economic empowerment of persons with disabilities. Through a survey targeting persons with disabilities and based on a comparative analysis method, this study seeks to explore the views of persons with disabilities about the challenges they face in the field of work.

It also aims to identify the causes of such challenges and their relation to the existing gap in legislation and policies, and to pinpoint discriminatory behaviours in institutional practices resulting from poor awareness and lack of knowledge of laws and rights in general.
