The present information sheet presents best practices, tips and resources focused on rainwater harvesting for public facilities in the Arab region. It reflects knowledge generated through the “Resilient water solutions against climate change in Jordan and Lebanon” project, funded by the Adaptation Fund and implemented by UN-Habitat in partnership the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). The project aims to strengthen the resilience of communities to climate change-related water challenges in Jordan and Lebanon.
