The present report provides a comprehensive assessment of regional progress across all 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), their 169 targets, and associated indicators, highlighting both achievements and areas requiring urgent action. It examines improvements in SDG data availability in the Arab region, while drawing attention to persistent limitations related to fragmented statistical systems, capacity constraints, and instability. It also emphasizes the importance of strengthening national statistical systems, enhancing data disaggregation, and fostering regional cooperation to support evidence-based policymaking and effective monitoring.
