Africa Project Development Facility (Apdf)
Definition:

A UNDP project co-sponsored by the African Development Bank and IFC, with IFC as executing agency. Its services are available to countries which become signatories to the related UNDP project document. Its purpose is to promote small- and medium-scale private enterprises in Sub-Saharan Africa. Staff will be based in Abidjan and Nairobi. Projects will be generated by development institutions active in the area as well as by ad hoc visits from APDF staff.
