Well-to-wheel (WTW) emissions
Definition:

All greenhouse gas emissions from the production, transportation, transformation and distribution of the fuel combusted by the vehicle. Well-to-wheel emissions can be divided into well-to-tank (WTT) emissions and tank-to-wheel (TTW) emissions.
Note: Well-to-wheel emissions exclude emissions from the manufacture of the vehicle, as well as any non-exhaust emissions such as from the vehicle’s brakes or tyres.
