It comprises of: workers directly involved in other action are those who participated directly in the action; and workers indirectly involved in other action are those employees of the establishments involved or self-employed workers in the groups involved who did not participate directly in the action but who were unable to perform their work in the usual manner or prevented from working as a result of it.
