ESCWA, the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime are organizing a webinar series on measuring gender-based violence in Africa, Western Asia and Europe. The webinars aim to enhance knowledge and capacities on the use of population surveys and administrative data for monitoring gender-based violence.
The series falls within the framework of the Development Account Project on Resilient and Agile National Statistical Systems, and includes expert presentations, discussions on best practices and the exchange of experiences among countries that produce statistics and indicators on gender-based violence.
