This paper presents an overview of the objectives of the single window system, its areas of application and the legal framework for the establishment of the system. It also includes a detailed analysis on the establishment and application of the single window system to facilitate trade in Sudan. The paper proposes a plan of action to create a single-window system, including the adoption and implementation of the fundamental strategies in order to apply the system.
