The "SDGs Stories" team is visiting Oman to monitor the implementation of the project in several schools, in partnership with the Omani National Commission for Education, Culture, and Science. The program includes:
- Field visits to participating schools to coordinate with supervisors and focal points on the project’s implementation plan;
- Training sessions for teachers to raise awareness about the 2030 Agenda and the SDGs, and guidance workshops focused on implementing sustainable development projects within the school and its community;
- Interactive meetings with students in classrooms to assess their knowledge of the SDGs through the "ESCWA Stories" comic book. Students are invited to complete a survey designed to capture their interests and needs for meaningful and engaging activities that support the SDGs.
