ESCWA, the National Convenor for Food Systems Transformation in Yemen, the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation in Yemen and the Arab Organization for Agricultural Development, in cooperation with the UN Food Systems Coordination Hub, are organizing a national workshop on “Advancing coherent climate and food systems action”, which is the first in a series of three national capacity-building workshops planned under the project “Bridging the Climate-Food Nexus: Coherent Climate Action and Food System Transformation for Resilient Arab LDCs” during 2026.
This workshop is aimed at supporting Yemen in strengthening national capacities, encouraging cross-sectoral coordination, and advancing coherent climate and food systems action during the project’s implementation period.
