IEF, ESCWA, UNSD, and IEA co-organize the “JODI training” to enhance monthly hydrocarbon data collection and improve energy data quality and transparency and “The Energy Balance Training” on data compilation for fuels and flows to build national energy balance for evidenced energy policies.
