The National Council for Family Affairs in Jordan, in cooperation with ESCWA and Shamil Project for Social Protection in Jordan, are organizing a workshop to validate the draft Action Plan of the National Strategy for Older Persons (2025-2030).
The workshop aims to review the draft Plan of Action and endorse the final version, discuss the roles and responsibilities of the implementing entities, and lay the foundations for effective partnerships that contribute to the implementation of the strategy and respond to the priorities of older persons.
Participants include members of the National Committee for Older Persons in Jordan, and representatives of the relevant ministries and government agencies, international and regional organizations and local NGOs.
